There's a mention of that behind the link with the posted excerpt above this thread. No cases, yet, if I remember correctly. Most likely, investors will close the businesses before getting anything sufficient done in courts.

So here it is again. Don't buy anything that you don't really need. Make a science of frugality. Become as self-sufficient as possible, and learn to make, build or manufacture something useful as a hobby for now (and as a business after the debt collapse).
