I see older used boats that are more than enough to live on in port(marina) all the time for less than this and it's a much cooler living space.

We have a boat.....and are surrounded by liveaboards. About 400 square feet with a full galley and a bathroom. The trawler next door to me has 2 bathrooms! lol
I would love to live on a boat. I get up in the morning and sit in the cockpit and drink my coffee. Best backyard in the world. Of course I’d need a bigger boat for 2 people. Just couldn’t talk Hubby into it.
