I'm glad this restaurant is mounting an attack on the further wussification of America.
So many places now refer to themselves as "Grill and Bar" rather than "Bar and Grill". I guess those wimpy institutions are embarrassed to be selling alcohol at all.

has to do with insurance rates and if you sell more food than liquor you can pack heat there as well.

I guess it depends on which side their bread they think is buttered. I see Bar and Grill, and I tend to suppose that the food is an afterthought. As to the alcohol, the Bible implies caution to be on the abstemious side, so not everyone is on the lookout for a restaurant whose main selling point is not food.
