you got the state wrong it was Louisiana and there is a big Hollywood Presence within the state bending over backwards to get productions in the state. not from that state but grew up in a Montana and 35 years ago depending what county you were in anything could happen if the sheriff or deputies pulled you over. not saying Rose McGowan or Corey Feldman were set up for sure just that it might be that’s what happen. there is no fair play rule book for the Hollywood elite.

No self respecting druggie would leave his/her stash behind.. especially on an airplane ... just ‘knowing any bag left ‘unattended’ for any amount of time is subject to a baggage handler ‘inspection’.
Kind of like on the old COPS show when a stash was found in a car and the guy says .. I just bought the car last week and the other guy must have left that dope in there.
One of the ‘better’ ones was they were frisking someone and found some junk in his pants and his explanation was that he was in a house and he just put on the first pair of pants that he found so he could go to the store.

Rose McGowan says Harvey Weinstein offered her $1 million to keep her mouth shut before his 1st sexual harassment story broke -- which she countered for far higher before ultimately shooting him down.
Rose told the NYT someone in Weinstein's camp reached out to her before the first story ran with multiple allegations of sexual harassment and offered her $1 mil to sign a non-disclosure agreement saying she'd stay quiet through it all.
She says she countered with $6 million, explaining she thought she could get at least $3 mil out of him -- which she says she only considered to help fund her art.
Ultimately, Rose says she told her lawyer to pull the plug on the counter-offer within a day of the article being published because she says she thought ... "Ew, gross, you’re disgusting, I don’t want your money, that would make me feel disgusting."
Rose made her first public speech in the wake of Weinstein last week at a women's convention with a clear message ... time to step up and be heard.
