Forney Police Department was dispatched to the road rage report. The caller reported that while traveling on US 80, a person in another vehicle fired a gun at them... After a short pursuit, the driver wrecked in the median of I-20 and mile marker 512. Gilbert exited the vehicle and told the deputy that there was a body in the trunk of the car. Gilbert was also found to be in possession of handguns and ammunition... During the unclothed search, two items fell out of his body. The first of the two items was a bag containing a leafy substance believed to be marijuana. The second was a bag containing a white-colored substance, believed to be crack cocaine.

The mother of a woman found dead in the trunk of a road rage suspect’s vehicle is desperate for answers about her daughter’s death.
Officials discovered the body of Jac Quisha Isaac, 19, of Dallas, after Freddie T. Gilbert, 33, led them on a chase through Kaufman County on Sunday morning, authorities said. No further details were released about the cause or manner of Isaaac’s death.
The New Orleans man was taken into custody on charges of evading arrest and having a prohibited substance in a correctional facility, the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office said.
Forney police received a report about 10:45 a.m. Sunday that someone had fired a gun at a car on U.S. Highway 80. The four people inside the car were not harmed, but a bullet was lodged in the driver’s door.
Later, a Kaufman County sheriff’s deputy found the suspect vehicle on Interstate 20 and tried to stop it. Gilbert, who authorities say was the driver, led the deputy on a chase before crashing into the interstate’s median near FM2965.
He reportedly told the deputy as he was being arrested that there was a body in his trunk.
Isaac’s mother said she had last heard that her daughter was staying with friends but that she was coming home, KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reported.
“She never made it home,” Lolita Isaac told the station.
She said she knew the victim was her child even before the identification had been confirmed.
“I started describing her tattoos,” Isaac said. “He said, ‘Well, the one I’m looking at on her right arm says Lolita.’ And I just dropped the phone. I was like, ‘That’s my baby.’”
Isaac wants information about what happened to her daughter.
“When they found him, was he going somewhere to try and dump her body?” she told KDFW. “How long had she been in the car? I mean, I don’t know nothing. This is all the questions that I need to know so that I can get closure. I need closure.”
Gilbert was also in possession of handguns and ammunition when he was taken into custody, the arrest warrant affidavit says.
The affidavit says two plastic bags — one thought to have crack cocaine and the other thought to have marijuana — fell out of his “anal cavity” as he was being searched during the booking process.
The Kaufman County sheriff’s office said Gilbert may face more charges as the investigation continues. The Texas Rangers and Forney police were helping with the investigation.

At the age of 19, I wonder how old that “Lolita” tattoo is? Sad - I’m guessing that her “staying with friends” wasn’t eating popcorn and watching scary movies for the night.
It would seem obvious to me that this guy, after a speedy trial, should be given a death sentence with a 90 day waiting period. I’m guessing 25 years will be more like it - and he can run drugs in prison.

Seems like those with cars full of drugs and illegal weapons, and a body in the trunk, never seem to exercise good judgement....
