I am assuming that he (and other accusers) are scared to death to name, names. We are talking about powerful men at the top of their profession who will protect themselves in any way possible.
He doesn’t have the money to defend himself
He has stated before that if he names people they can sue him for everything he has according to California law and the crimes against him are no longer punishable due to how long ago they happened.
Naming names will get you in all kinds of trouble without solid proof. Even with solid proof, the very powerful can pay their way out of scrapes and sue the pants off their accusers.
