Recall how Jeb was burning through money for a while. He ran through something like $109 million and saw his poll numbers continue to drop.
The Cheap Labor Express had already decided that it was Yeb!’s turn to be Designated Loser. They raised over $100 million dollars to scare off primary opponents.
When that didn’t work, they started digging for dirt.

Seems to me that banking records have a way of auditing themselves. For any bank transfer, the details to another bank who wired the money or sent the actual check.
