A practical joke is no joke. It’s an exercise in sadism.
On YouTube , there are many videos of people pranking family members with fake EAS Nuclear Attack alerts on their TV’s. IMO, those pranks are incredibly irresponsible.
Some of the victims of those pranks are elderly people and young children.
A practical joke on somebody who can’t even understand the joke is like kicking the dog.
