I’m also B-. It is the second rarest blood type with one out of 167 having it.

Apparently, not on FR because I am also a B-.

The approximate distribution of blood types in the U.S. population is as follows:

O-positive : 38 percent.
A-positive : 34 percent.
B-positive : 09 percent.
O-negative : 07 percent.
A-negative : 06 percent.
AB-positive: 03 percent.
B-negative : 02 percent.
AB-negative: 01 percent.

So yes, B- is the 2nd most rare blood type, with AB- being the rarest of all blood types.
