The alleged victim was an unnamed Italian model-actress who said Weinstein "forcibly raped" her at the Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles after the 8th annual Los Angeles, Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest in February of 2013, according to the Los Angeles Times.
"He ... bullied his way into my hotel room, saying, 'I'm not going to [have sex with] you, I just want to talk,'" the woman told the newspaper. "Once inside, he asked me questions about myself, but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked."
Then, she said, "He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do. He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me."
Afterward, she said, "he acted like nothing happened."

LOL! Clinton skated on many a similar accusation and his enabler, as we all know, was Hillary, who was hanging onto what she thought was her ticket to power.

Agree. He’s just one in hundreds of sicko Hollyweird pervs who need to be taken down. The casting couch is not going to be burned until everyone is named.
You could be talking about twenty different rape charges. They will go after his millions in civil court as well. I don’t see him taking this well. Rapist in a French or US jail? You won’t be treated very well.
and worse, in France Harvey could have his films come under review and be banned as an auteur. They could withdraw his Jerry Lewis Congeniality Award.
How do you investigate a rape four years later?
I hope she saved some evidence. If she didn’t, unless there is a witness who is willing to testify, I don’t see how she prevails.
There’s no doubt what a low life this guy is, but people who are accosted this way need to seek medical attention and file charges right away.
He didn’t tell her to “put some ice on it”?
