Yup, Jeb lost. But we, the people, elected the Republican candidate and what has he accomplished? Lots that he could do unilaterally. But anything that required the support of Republican majorities in the house and senate was DOA. The whole point of a two - or multi - party system is to prevent the kind of “unity” this clown, and those of his liberal democrat ilk, envisions. His is the mccain version of unity, wherein one proclaims membership in one party while carrying the water for the other as a career mole, and succumbs to the liberal definition of “bipartisanship” as giving the party pulling his strings everything it demands.

I could be wrong, but somebody commenting on a proposed Kennedy/Danforth ticket said that the slogan “You drink I’ll drive” would be a perfect fit for such a ticket. I am not 100% sure it was Danforth, but I am sure of the slogan, I laughed my a$$ off. Whoever the proposed veep was, he was a lush.
