I watched the full video. It is an interesting idea, maybe it works for some dogs. I am certain that our dog would insist on pulling the thing off immediately and try to use it as an expensive chew toy.

Hmm. Do they realize that most dogs don’t like anyone messing with their tails? Hanging something off of it isn’t gonna be high on their I-like-this happy fun list!
