It’s laughable.

Employee disloyalty to our great nation is simply bad for business.

Apologize contritely and repeatedly and you might get another job.

Whatever happened to the days when judges would summarily dismiss frivolous lawsuits? These days judges entertain the stupidest lawsuits then complain how overworked they are.

my guess is the rainbow coalition or blm will be paying the lawyers fees to try an extort a ‘settlement’ (shakedown) from the NFL offices..

Trump?? It’s OUR money he’s not getting.

Well first Bergdahl blames Trump for not being able to have a fair trial and now this guy blames Trump for his lack of employment. Do I smell some leftist collusion?

Exactly. All President Trump is doing is protecting the flag and the national anthem.

I was always told by HR types and recruiters that the worst thing you could do while job hunting is to bad mouth your old employer.

This isn’t a lawsuit. It’s a grievance that has been filed through the NFL players union. The case will be heard by an arbitrator under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between the league and the players.

Donald J. Trump is so powerful that even before he was the republican nominee for president he kept Colon Copperdink from getting a job offer!

“Quick, turn the focus on Trump!” Sorry, this started long before Trump was President and absolutely no one outside the partisan media is buying into this little ploy. Trump did drop a little bomb on a situation the owners flattered themselves that they had well in hand, there’s that. For which they like him? I really don’t think that one’s going to fly.

The Sunday after Trump made his comment, how many owners fired a player that kneeled for the National Anthem?

Guess that shows Trump's influence on the owners. Case closed. (Except in the 9th Circuit, where Trump would be found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole in Leavenworth.)

So Colin Kaepernick and Bowe Bergdahl have the same legal defense?

Right. Whatever the vehicle for “the case” it is frivolous and should be tossed. One result of the death of common sense is the enrichment of lawyers.

Technically, there’s probably no such thing as a frivolous grievance. This process is set up under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement, not a court of law. And who cares if lawyers get rich on this? You and I aren’t paying them. Colin Kaepernick and the NFL are.

Bowe Berghdal blames Trump. Bow plead guilty cuz he thinks Trumps statements has already convinced everyone he is a traitor and couldn’t get a fair trial. Now Kraperdunce. LOL These guys have severe TDS.

1.) Didn't he turn down a 49ers contract?

2.) The "NFL" went out of its way to try to prove Trump wrong on the damage Kaepernick & Cos. temper tantrums has caused the NFL and most any business associated with it.

He doesn’t control the owners. He just reflects what a lot of people felt about player conduct.
