Nope,this *is* the University of Massachusetts,once led by one William "Billy" Bulger,AKA "The Corrupt Midget"..having been given that label by Howie Carr,an outstanding talk show host and columnist in Boston.
Billy is the kid brother of James "Whitey" Bulger,serial killer,gangster,former "FBI Most Wanted",subject of the film "Black Mass",currently serving several hundred years in Federal prison.
Billy,a few years back,was called to DC to testify before a Congressional Committee and took the Fifth a couple of dozen times.
Yup,the University of Massachusetts...a fine,fine institution!
