I guess there is some tangential relationship between the cost of the condo’s and the “horror” of observing public sex acts. Yes, there are regional and national collections of those joined in a same culture, but in daily live it is very local.

Not only in the large general sense, but also in the microcosm sense, the very personal and local sense, all cultures are not the same nor all “equal”.
