FULL TITLE: Colin Kaerpernick 'has hired celebrity lawyer Mark Geragos to sue NFL owners for colluding against hiring him'

Colin Kaepernick will sue NFL owners for not hiring him after he kicked off the controversial practice of kneeling for the national anthem, reports claim.

'I am told that @Kaepernick7 has filed a grievance under the CBA for collusion against the owners. If accurate, this is huge,' Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman wrote on Twitter.

Kaepernick, 29, has retained Mark Geragos, who has represented Michael Jackson, Chris Brown and Winona Ryder, among others, and is expected to release a statement soon.

I did not know this ...

President Donald Trump took credit for Kaepernick’s situation, claiming he would use Twitter to create a public relations crisis for any team that signed him.[80][81]

“Tell me about it, you cannot force a business to hire someone who will harm that business no matter what their race is but I assume his lawyer is going to pull the race card ANYWAY which is a joke since Kaepernjerk is about as black as Donny Osmond. A biological white mother and supposedly a black drop and run dad, I say supposedly because his mother won’t be specific with him which to me suggests she could have been raped. To me he looks more middle eastern than black.”

Mother a coal burner like Obama’s. Not bad looking from what I’ve seen.

Kaohpectatai was contracted, and as with any acquisition part of the contract is based on past performance. If koehwhatshisproblem, wasn’t performing then he doesn’t get hired.

This is something like govt contactors pull if they don’t secure a contract with the government. They file suit and see what they can do by twisting a few arms. It rarely works.

If Keopectate fails... it’ll be a hefty bill from said lawyer.

Wait for the damages counter suit. He has single handedly wrecked the NFL.

Hey... He’s practising and apparently he’s willing to stand up for the national anthem if required.... LOL... This suite will go nowhere. Lot’s of jobs in the CFL Kap... Oh that’s right, you can’t even get one in Canada.

Kaepernick, 29, has retained Mark Geragos, who has represented Michael Jackson, Chris Brown and Winona Ryder...

Let's see...

- Michael Jackson removed Geragos as his lawyer.

- Chris Brown pleaded guilty in the assault of his then girlfriend Rihanna.

- Winona Ryder was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to undergo psychological and drug counseling.

Yeah, this guy Geragos sounds like the perfect attorney for the no talent, loser Kaerpernick. The above references came from Wikipedia.

Wonder if Kaerpernick will take a knee at the beginning of the trial when the bailiff says, "All rise?"

So, ..... ???

A Business needs Customers so it can make a profit.

Yes.

Why would a Business hire someone who angers it’s customers and is a liability to the bottom line (Profit) of the Business?

I don’t know?

Have the Customers (of your Business) showed less interest since this started?

Yes. My Business and my Competitors as well, are all losing existing and new Customers like never before in history.

WELL,- Usually,... a Business needs to keep existing Customer’s to survive and new customers to maintain a growth in profits.

Yes it does. Without a profit? Well, - Not a good situation.

So, .... Why are we here?

Kaepernick might still have a couple million dollars, but the NFL has hundreds of millions of dollars. The lawyer still needs to be paid. The NFL van drag this out for months.

He’d be smarter to move on and open a business that is easy to run.

So, apparently the new “compromise” move by some of these idiots is to kneel, but put their right hand over their heart? These players are so much dumber than I ever even imagined...
