The last thing that Weinstein wants is evidentiary discovery. Who knows what's waiting to be found?
Absolutely agree! Discovery’s the lat thing Weinstein wants.
But Time’s lawyers . . . either they’re risk-takers (not likely), incompetent (not likely), or know what would come up in discovery, and consider that their ace in the hole.
We may never know what they know, but it’s an indication that there is an ace.
