As we predicted after the Jane Fonda debacle two weeks ago, celebrities are blacklisting Megyn Kelly’s third hour of Today.
Variety reports that publicists have no desire for their clients to sit down with Kelly. Bad reviews and even worse ratings are only part of the problem. From out of the gate, Kelly bungled celebrity interview after celebrity interview. And now, no one wants to put a client through that potential embarrassment:
“I’m not booking anyone on her show,” says a high-powered publicist, with a roster of big names, who asked for anonymity due to her overall relationship with “Today.” “I literally haven’t pitched anyone even from right out the gate. The buzz that is out there is so bad.”
Another well-known publicist, who represents one of the celebrities who has appeared on Kelly’s show, wasn’t pleased with the interview. “I won’t plan to have others go on,” the publicist said. “None specifically have been offered or asked to, but it’ll be my preference not to.”

exactly what myself and other here predicted when it was first announced that NBC had hired her. amazing that Freepers can easily see what the grossly overpaid execs at NBC are oblivious to. i guess their ignorance is because of that tiny echo chamber bubble they and their like never leave. No doubt these same people believed their own polls were gospel that hillary had a 99% chance of winning and were shocked that she lost.

I'd say she was being pretty hard-nosed with Trump and that didn't win her any friends here.
But because she was at Fox News she doesn't have much of a following with the "Hollywood Left" either.
Her first problem was thinking it was 1980 and the three networks mattered.
What she had at FNC was really better than anything NBC could give her.
Her second problem was not understanding that she was a night person, not a morning person.
More specifically, she was the kind of woman who a lot of women don't like.
She could have pivoted from Fox to CNN if she'd wanted to.
Newspeople do stuff like that all the time, but she's just no good in a people-oriented, happy talk show.
Change the course of history? No, only fittingly the course of her own career.

Kelly started believing her own paycheck and press and stepped in her chili, with the choices she made. Her arrogance became clinical.
Remember in the lead-up to the debate that fateful night, she hyped it by saying “ this night everything can be changed” knowing she would try to single handedly try to bring Trump down.
That night is when he became Teflon. We saw how vicious she was and therefore it backfired. After that, nothing against him could stick. That’s how bad it was.
She should stick to her gig-reporting.I turned in for 5 minutes at the end of her show and it looked pretty bad.She was shaking her butt for what reason I don’t know and announced the winner to be on next show Kathy Lee and Friend who were live on screen and looked liked they had to put up with her even though she is pulling their ratings down.Megyn can be what ever she wants to be she got the contact.
Megyn asked Jane Fonda to talk about her plastic surgeries. No one else wants to be asked questions like that.
