I never married so I live alone. I always have loved being by myself but with retirement not so far away, I kinda wish I had a husband. Maybe it’s the “what if” syndrome.
It may that you need to look at this from a different perspective. It is the relationship that makes the marriage—young or old. If you haven’t met the right person then you shouldn’t be married. But if you do—even late in life—be ready to go for it. And if you don’t—alone is the right answer.
