Meade....believes the chaos will be triggered by the mysterious 'Planet X', or Niburu.
Mr Meade said that the earthquake in Mexico, the floods in Texas and the hurricanes in the Caribbean and Florida are all related to the Planet X theory.
The "tribulation" will involve "nuclear exchanges between the US, Britain and our enemies Russia, China, Iran and North Korea".
...
Conspiracies suggested Planet X was hurtling towards earth and set to destroy it on September 23.
Now Mr Meade claims people have misunderstood his Planet X prophecy.
...
Mr Meade expects Nibiru to pass earth, but will bring with it a number of natural disasters, including volcanic eruptions.

I always love the theories as to why we cannot detect an unknown planet approaching Earth until it is right on top of us. My favorite is that it will approach from the South Pole direction - as if there are no telescopes in the Southern Hemisphere.
We can spot a dwarf planet like Pluto since the 1930s, billions of miles away. I think we would have spotted Niburu decades ago if it existed.

So should I continue to research my family tree? Just think I could be drinking rum and Coke instead. Oh wait, I do that now while I am perusing the books and Internet.

Hasn't "the world" been experiencing all those things listed for the last 7x2 years (at the least)?
I used to enjoy Planet X stories. Nothing personal, but from the lede, this one isn't much fun. Too stupid.

Really? How are we supposed to see through it’s cloaking device? We don’t have the technology yet.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)
