if you do not have heart problems, you are on the way. First throw away the cigarettes. You are killing yourself.
Next, you are on an expensive medicine. I am retired and tell my doctor is it ain’t generic don’t write the prescription. I am on benazepril for my high blood pressure.
I would also start attack your cholesterol levels also. High cholesterol damages the heart.
Next hydrate your self first in the morning, I drink 24 ounces of water before I ingest any other food or drink. You have been asleep for 8 hours. Your body needs water before coffee or cereal or pancakes. I will drink another 48 ounces during the day.
Reduce the coffee you drink. I am down to 1 cup in the morning.
Drink a glass of red wine in the evening.
Take a baby aspirin each day for heart.
Read and educate yourself. It’s your body. You know it. Treat it well. Good luck

Check with your doctor or pharmacist first on that. Aspirin are contraindicated with some blood pressure medicines. (More surprisingly, some are potassium sparing, so with those you need to avoid salt substitutes, Gatorade, and even limit bananas).
