2. Attack the poster.
3. Coordinate multiple screen names to attack the poster.

No. Just devolve the thread as quickly as possible.
Media Matters has a number of tricks. They ‘forum slide’ - posts new threads to get the one below page 1 - where 90%+ of folks actually look.
They flame - personal attacks.
They Nazi-fy threads - post Jewish conspiracy nonsense to derail the thread and keep the ‘normals’ from reading further.
You’ll see all those employed if they really want to kill a discussion.

We are engaged in a (soft) civil war, one with some/limited physical violence, but still being primarily waged via the media. That is, an information war.
In such an environment, does it really matter what is and what isn't public, as long as those engaged along the front lines can deduce the actual meaning of the message(s) ie the contra cases?
Consider that just as much is revealed (if not more) than what is said vs unsaid. Only the clueless and uninformed accept what is broadcast/released as unadulterated reality. All others - on both sides - realize the true score.

On another thread it talked about all of the transactions he made at the casinos - more than $10,000 at a time, several times a month. Freepers were saying they can bring in as much cash and buy chips and that is not audited. Only when you cash in the chips is it audited - as winnings.
So bring in $10,000 of illegal money to buy chips. Play a little bit and cash in $9,000 to $11,000 worth of chips for clean money. That doesn’t sound right to me though - for IRS purposes wouldn’t you need to prove how much money you started with, and how much you ended with. Although maybe the amount you started with is YOUR responsibility (keep your receipts!).
I don’t know - but many were saying that gambling is a good (but expensive) way to launder money. You need to make sure you pay the taxes on your winnings. (Recall the guy was former IRS, so he knew how to handle that system).
And as others have noted, the guy does postal service work, IRS accounting, Defense Contractor accounting, and ends up making millions in real estate? I suppose make some decent purchases over the years and it all adds up. (I heard he was worth $5 million). That could be ten homes used as rentals.

I don’t watch or read the MSM. I gather news from many sources WITH AN OPEN MIND and then put it all together.
Your questions and conclusions are based on the bias that every incident that comes along is a government conspiracy. That’s the angle you take. You don’t have an open mind. You start with a government conspiracy and start working backward. That way you always have your small minded conspiracy as the end no matter where the evidence actually goes.
