"Today gas lines are short!!! Mail is arriving for the first time! Tito's batteries are not yet here but the POffice explained the problem is that the USPS hadn't sent the mail to PR! They expect this week it will get back to normal! The Army is controlling all Airports and Port of San Juan! More efficient by far. Trump will arrive Tuesday! We Welcome him for all the help from USA!"
He can't wait to see AF1 flying over Old San Juan today. He lives in the path of airlines landing at the airport. He is very excited about Trump's visit, as well as my Mom.
My friend Rita in Cupey, PR was able to use her Debit Card at the grocery store on Sunday, so the systems are coming back up!

Wonderful news. I read that Florida Power and Light crews are being shipped to the island to restring the power distribution system. Also, PR Teamsters made a huge mistake. With the army taking over their functions they are being exposed as the lazy corrupt scum they are.

I would agree on the army comment. Normally, other than street patrols and emergency rescue...that would be the common work that the Guardsmen would perform.
I’ll suggest that the PR teamsters will be stupid enough to threaten the Guardsmen, and it’ll end up being arrest situations, and charges set up for threatening a federal officer.
You can't fix stupid. They could've been making unbelievable money in this federally subsidized rebuilding of PR.

Posse Comitatus authorizes the use of the regular Army in case of rebellion, insurrection and now per recent (2007, 2009 etc) changes, natural disasters.
I doubt the Reg Army troopers will be doing LE , but running ports, and convoys and reconstruction efforts is what our Engineer Forces do for a living.
PR ARNG will be involved in LE efforts and the whole of the rest of the effort, based on capabilities.
Oh, just for effect, the statues that direct the effort, the Stafford Act, prohibit any involvement of anyone acting with/in concert with the Army to mess with lawfully possessed arms, oh, I forgot, this is PR.....

Especially true for President Trump. He has spent his entire life constructing what is useful and attractive, unlike politicians, who spend their lives influence peddling.
I would expect no less from this President than complete competency. He knows how to coordinate multi billion dollar projects and how to get things to happen.

Wow! Did y’all hear Alisyn Camerota on CNN this morning? She had me fooled when she was at FOX but man is she getting all kinds of witchy and spewing hate over those right winged conservative forums blaming the poor truck drivers. It’s all Trump’s fault and his supporters who are the cause of PR’s troubles. She was jumping all over her guest down there. What an ugly creature to wake up to.
Yeah, yeah, I know, CNN but FOX was on a long commercial break. Of course, FOX then had on Judge Nap who is also can’t seem to report the truth.
