How true! I have a handicapped hanger due to my hip. All the spaces are always full. Lots of minorities use that scam.
I ring the bell at Walmart at Christmas and I see the people who get out of handicap spots. About 20% are either fat or using grandma’s hangtag. The rest are legit. The handicap spots are always full.
AND as they hop into their full size SUV!!!
When I first got my handicap license plate they also gave me two hanging cards. The agent told me to hide the cards because they are sought after in thefts. Very high theft rating. I was surprised, couldn’t imagine someone stealing one.
