Havent flown in over a decade. Do they still allow people to buy seats for their pets that travel?
We fly a lot and every flight has at least one or more dogs and cats. One seemingly healthy middle aged couple brought their golden retriever on board and that dog displaced the passenger in the seat next to them. He had paid for an extra leg room seat and the flight attendant asked him to move so the dog could have more room to stretch out. He was very obliging but I wondered what would have happened if he had refused to move. On another flight ,out of Los Angeles, a woman sitting net to me,in the terminal, was bringing her little dog on board because she said it calmed her down when she petted him.
