Proof, not that it was needed, that ‘Event Staff’ in their polo shirts are a load of useless plonkers hired to glower at the paying fans for the duration of the game. They couldn’t tell a credential from a Star Trek badge.

As for the cops, anyone who’s been to a game knows the cops are watching...the game.

Why is this news? Students have been making fake ID’s forever.

I used to ever clean the snow off my windshield in the corner of my parking pass decal. I usually parked in the staff parking area and never got a ticket.

If you want to see vigilant, go to a NASCAR race with a garage pass. I had to show my garage pass and ID at least 50 times that day.

In the 9th grade, on a whim, I started using an alias in certain classes... I would get sent to detention but never showed up...they started searching for the mysterious Terry Williams...lol

Then some poor fool actually named Terry Williams transferred in..lol He soon decided that the entire school staff were totally nuts after he kept getting called to the office :-)

We both eventually had a good laugh about it all.

A certain fellow Freeper and I got into the photographers section at an event with fake IDs. The seatbelts in my car had dayglo orange adhesive labels on the buckles with “PRESS” on them. We peeled them off and put them on our drivers licenses.

What isn’t mentioned in the article is that the perp was also wearing the standard ESPN “I H8 Whitey” badge, which caused security to look a little less critically at the other badge.

After all, that proves the perp was “down” with the struggle for social justice.
