Did you go on to teach history?

I have taught history, but as a substitute teacher, I am called to teach just about every subject.

Wow, that’s a high compliment. Thank you.

I read parts of it years ago when I worked at Big Sky Ski resort in Montana. I never read much past the 3rd chapter. It was my roommates book, and he left before I had a chance to get any farther. What I did read I found interesting. Especially the way it was set with a discussion type of novel. Almost like the book , “Pilgrims Progress”.

He couldn’t stand the idea he worked and all his pay went back to the resort. I knew that would happen. I just took the job to get free skying. Even though we got a discount to ski, I made friends with all the guys controlling the lifts, so i never paid.

Anyway, as I recall, at the time I felt like it was similar to a Kurt Vonnegut book I read once.

I’ll have to see if I can find it and read it all the way through.

To be honest, most people I know who are close to my age, have similar more negative memories of the early “70”s. They were bad times for the country. Carter made things worse in the late “70”s.

Man I mess Reagan, he made things respectful again.

If you decide to write a book, I really don’t believe it would be a waste of time.

I really enjoyed reading that.
