There is a pretty good theory that Foster killed himself at the Hillary/Foster love nest —a DC apt— and this made a legit investigation embarrassing:
He would have to be discovered elsewhere lest their former (fairly long) love affair become public knowledge.
The body move to Fort Marcy Park was a rush job.
No. Disagree. Joking with his secretary, giving her the rest of his m&m’s, telling her he’d be back in a bit. NO. Nothing about his demeanor cried man in distress, planning to leave this mortal coil in 15 minutes.
He was going to an important meeting where perhaps the topic of involuntary suicide was broached. Or maybe a motion was seconded to help him make that decision.
Then Foster, deceased, drove to Ft. Marcy Park, rolled himself into a carpet, and rolled 100 yards into the bushes to position himself so that his blood would trickle uphill. Birds and deer carried off the carpet. And put a gun in his hand.
