Abraham Lincoln Statue Vandalized
Chicago, IL – In the most dumbfounding vandalism of the year, somebody set an Abraham Lincoln statue on fire in Chicago on Wednesday, according to 15th Ward Alderman Raymond Lopez.
The monument has stood near 69th & Wolcott St since it was erected in 1926. It is now blackend by fire.
By all appearances, somebody dumped accelerant on the bust and then lit it on fire.
According to Alderman Lopez, Chicago PD is investigating who committed the act and what their motivation was.
Abraham Lincoln, who led the Union to victory in the civil war and ended slavery, appears to be an unlikely target for vandalism. At least, that’s what I would think. Based off of the comments of some locals, Abraham Lincoln was a racist who said a lot of “racist shit.”

As soon as President Trump makes the media and Congress happy by condemning all white people for what happened in Charlottesville.
Everything is racists, Everybody is racists, what ever the hell that means. I suppose that it is better than having the gripe.

If BLM read some of the things William T. SHERMAN said, and did, about blacks they would be tearing down his statues.

Some Democrats are still mad that Lincoln freed the slaves. After all, the huge majority of slaveholders were Democrats.
I understand your jest, but I have family in Arkansas (white) who tell me about picking and chopping cotton. My immediate family of aunts and uncles had 4 boys and 6 girls and they all picked and chopped cotton. As did all their farming neighbors with no help from blacks.
So, picking cotton was not solely for blacks.
To be more historically accurate if someone wanted to desecrate a bust of Lincoln wouldn’t the proper way to do that is shoot a hole in the back of the statue’s head?

And every man - period - is using his “white male privilege”. To avoid such accusations, I suggest that every white male use the Elizabeth Warren Method™ and declare himself to be a member of some Indian tribe.
The hope comes in having the guts and willingness to fight back. And we have plenty of them on our side. The other side avoids them like the plague. At the moment, they are concentrating on the low hanging self hating white and “what did we do to you to cause you to hate us” fruits. Sooner or later, they will get to us. And that is when they and we will see what we are made of. Time will tell. Just understand that they are not going to stop until they are stopped.

I think this act was meant to ignite more hatred by blaming white nationalists for this act, because Lincoln freed the slaves.
