I don’t buy that argument, but even if that is true they were quite tolerant of the white supremacists who weren’t exactly hiding their behavior - they didn’t tell those with the Nazi flags to get lost - they marched right along with them. They didn’t tell those making Nazi salutes to get lost - they stood right along with them. The “many others” don’t exist at all, or they were okay with it, or this whole thing was a setup actually organized by the left. In any of those cases these are not people who should be defended.

White supremacy is just sad. Do you know how many things you have to fail at before deciding that your DNA is what made you special all along?

I think that whites, just like everyone else, have legitimate interests. I just don’t think those rights have anything to do with whiteness, per se.

In fact, I never self identify as “White”, other than when I am selecting a shade of cosmetics.

It’s like the left always comes out to oppose anyone that doesn’t stand with them and their positions politically and otherwise.

Intifata Terrorist groups Marched without a thing said..communist flags flew throughout..........so why is that? It certainly appears that double standards do indeed occur.

In VA every ‘victim group’ showed up today........to oppose this march. No doubt Soros people got the call.

The KKK’s principle was, is, and always will be white racism and supremacy. That is a principle I will resist now and always.

Free Republic is about Liberty.

TEA Party is their group.

TEA Party is currently banned by the IRS. They needed no National Guard or police for that.

"If this had just been ignored to begin with nothing would have come of it. The left and media decided to give it attention - in fact I would not be surprised if the whole thing was a setup to start with being funded by the left."

When the left stays away, these Confederacy-related protests are usually orderly and non-violent, even if SOME of the participants might be actual racists or neo-Nazis.

But the left knows that if they disrupt the protest, there is likely to be some violence, and media reports will blame that violence on the right and on Trump, and will use it to foster fears of a widespread, violent neo-Nazi movement.

Yes. That is why the process for assembling must be legal and peaceful.

The local Charlottesville Government is totally responsible for the failure to apply rights to each group equally according to the Constitution.

The local government failed to govern, they failed to lead and they failed to understand their duty under the law. That was their greatest mistake.

We can talk indeed about how wrong racism is with Alt Right or left wing extremism in the case of the Antifa involved here today.

Historically the corrupt FBI has spied on all kinds of groups with informants from Civil Rights and KKK in the 1960’s to the Bundy Ranch-Oregon Standoff people and most certainly the Antifa and Alt Right people on the streets of Charlottesville, VA today.

The FBI plants have a history of being agitators who promote militancy and even perpetrate violence.

The media always characterize violence and extremism on the left as being perpetrated by “a small minority” or by “outsiders.” But a rally of a couple hundred so-called “white supremacists” will be portrayed as just the tip of the iceberg of a vast, hidden resurgence of neo-Nazism.

Of course.....

I find it interesting how the news reports ‘This’ should never happen in America today.....LOLOLOLOOL...It’s been going on for decades....one identity group after another...along with their own brand of violence.

Politics is not going to change human nature.

= = = = = = = = = = = = =

Even though there may be a level of ‘danger’ with such undercover work, their jobs, livelihoods and future are not quite as secure as long as the monitored ‘groups’ only meet once a month or quarter and are otherwise peaceful, go about ones business on the non meeting days.

The only way to thrive is recognition and there are only so many ways that can be gained.

So better for the Government (us) if the group makes some ‘noise’ every now and then.

Of course the Government gets lucky occasionally and deep pockets like Soros or Bloomberg come along.
Now no one tries to tie the ‘monied’ agitators to the group, that might put themselves out of work...Other than collecting data for future ‘blackmail’ operations.

I can sort of figure some of todays sitting judges, politicians etc are part of the ‘blackmailable’ population that falls victim to these ‘plants’.

Just breaking...One person died as a result of the car plowing into the crowd. The governor has made a statement and has urged everyone to go home.

Whiteness is a term straight out of the left, not what an independent mind would come up with on their own.
