Hit twice by a car. It sounds like it to me.

Maybe it was someone from China? They usually run you over twice in that country since Chinese law makes you take care of someone for life if you disable them, but it's cheaper if the accident kills them. So they just finish the job to save money.

Armed police only attended because they were in the area at the time, according to the MEN.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: We were called to reports of a collision between a car and a child.

‘The Serious Collision Investigation Unit and other emergency services attended the scene. A little boy has sadly died.’
