That may be the case with rectal cancer. Rectal cancer is, I believe, usually caused by the HPV virus, which is the same virus responsible for the most common cause of cervical cancer. The HPV virus is sexually transmitted.
Agree. But the ‘wear and tear’ on the colon above the rectum is a risk factor for colon cancer in gays, too.

Can be(and most often is) but many contract it through “normal” life activities, it is literally everywhere.
