A physician where I work says anal sex leads to all kinds of nastiness

I'm betting there has been a huge increase in this. They even have articles in magazines explaining how to do it right the first time. All this stuff about gays being normal is pushing a lot of other bigger problems as if being gay wasn't a big enough issue.
