More “organic” foods leading to coliform infections in intestines, perhaps?

My father died in 1998 of Colon Cancer..back then colonoscopies were considered “Invasive” and his doc advised him against it..instead he had a sigmo which only showed about 2 feet of the colon, his tumor was located much deeper than that and because they missed it, spread to his liver and was dead in a year. Anyone that experiences any changes in their bowel should get a colonoscopy no matter what their age

One of the main causes of colon cancer is lack of fiber to scrub the colon. Last colonoscopy, my doc. said to add psyllium to my daily diet.

Proof the left has become a modern day equivalent to a buttsticka. The side effects are a pain in your rear end leading to constipation and colon cancer.

This story proves idiocy knows no bounds.
I predicted this. Sadly I had to come to pass.
Those reading it should be worried: Most dont know the reason...i do by nobody cares.

Just had my exam...
Before the exam, the Doctor said that the majority of patients he sees now have worn out colons. Something that destroys their quality of life.
He said the goal should be two, comfortable movements a day.
He recommended taking extra fiber twice day(metamucil), eating a ton more vegetables and cutting down on meat.
He warned against coffee as caffeine artificially stimulates ones smooth muscles. He also warned against processed foods and fads. For example, Greek yogurt has a ton more protein than regular yogurt and the extra protein was bad because it slowed down digestion.
Here is a book that I would recommend:
Healthy Liver & Bowel Book: Detoxification Strategies for Your Liver & Bowel
I read her liver cleansing book and it dramatically improved my health. As an example, she got me starting my day with a glass of lemon water and fiber. She also suggested an easy to make topping of ground raw almonds, flax seeds and sun flower seeds as a topping things like salads.

I’d say it’s all the extra crapping that a high carb and maybe high fiber diet causes.

Pampers and Huggies... Should have kept using those good old cloth diapers.
Actually, my theory is that chemically created and sanitized diapers are responsible for a lot of childhood problems... Allergies, cancers, learning disabilities... Who knows? Maybe all the odd maladies that seem to be occurring to today’s youth in such abundance.

People don’t cook at home much these days- probably not getting much fiber.
Either that or fudgepacking...
