When you mentioned neuropathy, it came to mind I was diagnosed with that — legs feet were losing feeling.
I returned to dr a few times when !!! he made a suggestion.
Which worked. No pills. It took some time, weeks to months to recover all feeling back to normal.

He said sometimes it depends how one sleeps to cut off circulation. Well, had indeed changed the bed situation and made sense. I try now not to sleep flat on back but to be a little one side or the other !

[Q: Can you do sit-ups? If yes, ok. else will explain.

No can do sit ups yet. Abs are not strong enough and I suspect that the hip flexors are and issue too. I have gained strength in my upper body, I tried to use the pulldown bar to help me out a bit, almost did it but not quite.

Over the years, I have had various issues that I resolved by merely changing the sleeping arrangement, but so far I’ve not figured this one out, and so many different things are going on now.

Anyhow I’ve been researching a lot regarding the spine and the autonomic nervous system and how that is impacted by various spinal issues, medicines etc.

Thanks for all the tips and advice.
