Too many penalties that disrupt the flow of the game.
If there is a big play, you can guarantee there will be a flag and it won’t count.
When the announcers says with amazement “And there are no flags!” you know there are too many penalties.
And too many stoppages for commercials.
And every single play where there’s an incomplete pass, the receiver signals to the ref to throw a flag.
I would make it so that any receiver that does that, gets a 15-yard penalty.
