It’s the image. ESPN was only to excited every football game to see if Colin and company would sit down or kneel during the anthem, then show the highlights. Now they are actively trying to find a team to employ him.

Now they are actively trying to find a team to employ him. I went to an office party last night held at a bar & grill. Muted TVs all over the place. ESPN on several of them with wall-to-wall Kaepernick coverage.
The guy isn't even on a team but ESPN thinks he merits continuous face time.
