You expect all that logical procedure to occur with the Lesbian Police Chief and clown of a mayor ?
It is what it is. There is a way to do things correctly and a way to screw it up so that they lose on both counts. Do it correctly, and it is a win win. Do it incorrectly and it could be a lose win or worse a lose lose. Frankly, I expect them to do something other than what I proposed.
