The uber-liberal WashPo had a good legal analysis piece last week on why and how the “”something of value” clause will not work, because in application it would become very subjective slippery slope and likely ensnare many others in matters even Judge Nap would say should not be deemed illegal.

It supposedly is under criminal probe - by Special Counsel Mueller who tonight reportedly said he has no problem with Trump Jr or Manifort testifying before congress - meaning he probably has no concern that they did anything wrong.....
