The same media that buried the fact Obama smoked. Bill Clinton loved his fast food. And never gave GWB credit for being in very good shape, as proven with a 3:44 marathon time at age 46.
Not mentioned is that Trump doesn’t drink. Or use drugs. Trump has been non-stop his entire career. Obama loved his leisure - golf outings, trips on Air Force One, etc.
Could Trump stand to lose a few pounds - of course. Most of us are in the same boat. But he has 10X more vigor (to use the Kennedy word) than Obama ever did! The Washington Compost would never admit that, of course.

I'm nearly 60 and I couldn't come close to keeping the schedule that Donald Trump kept during his campaign. And I don't know anyone else my age who could either. That last week of campaigning would have killed me for sure!
