Some of us thought Franks better suited to San Francisco or Marin Co. but he has chosen DC (Georgetown to be specific.)
He's a Sanders brand of Socialist, who believes that the KS former Gov. Kathleen Sebelius (whose 19 yr. old son ran a porno site from the Governor's mansion) KS Supreme Court ordered KS taxpayers fund the KS schools to the degree that there's little left in the KS budget to spread around all of the various pro-government spending that the Democrats and RINOs, who loathe tax cuts, over road the Gov. Brownback veto to "restore" the KS sales taxes, commiserate with larger, wealthier states!
This fact makes Thomas Franks happ!
Actually, our KS RINOs handle the taxing and spending quite nicely, thank you!
