Do your neighbors have similar large properties? One of the might have a router mounted really high to get more coverage or has swapped in a higher gain antenna than the FCC allows so his whole property is covered and leaks into yours.

That could be it, Karl.

Most of the folks here don’t have computers at all, but it only takes one. The only thing that was throwing me off is that I thought I could not get any of their signals here. If there is a way I could, then yeah, it’s someone using a funny name for their network.

And yeah, that was the “occam’s razor” explanation because, unless they wanted to “hide in plain sight”, the government is not gonna name their network anything like that. :)

The amplifier/repeater explanation is actually more likely.
