Twitter can be a cruel place.
All she wanted to do was wish her husband and her dad a happy Father's Day.

Ivanka Trump proudly posted a photo of herself alongside the president and her husband.
"What an amazing year it has been for us all. Happy #FathersDay to these two incredible dads!" she wrote.
But Twitter users were quick to start lashing out at the first daughter.

One reply to the tweet read "2 dads being investigated by the FBI. Great indeed."
"What do you get a father who's about to be imprisoned?" another said.
The responses came after Donald Trump himself tweeted this week that he was being investigated despite his legal team saying he is not.

Ivankas husband Jared has also been targeted in an FBI investigation into Russia ties.
First Lady Melania also coped some backlash for her very simple tweet.

"Nice note, @FLOTUS. Doesn't seem like that one is plagiarised," one person tweeted.
"He is throwing your stepkids under the bus.... How can you wish this man a 'happy' anything? another reaction claimed
Honestly there’s not a thing any Trump can say that won’t make the MSM-Democrats have a hate meltdown.
Are replies to a tweet now considered a news item? Or do they just want a forum to print the hateful remarks, in case you happened to miss them on twitter?
“What do you get a father who’s about to be imprisoned?” another said...
#### you mother ####er.
Trump gets kicked out or imprisoned and you’ll see HELL come down like you’ve never seen it before.
Cause the republic is lost if they succeed.
Yes...can’t ANYTHING be private?
the pictures get a ton of hits. people love the family photos...
Yes...what you asked. Can’t ANYTHING be private?
So the upside is public adulation from some, and the downside is public opprobrium from others. The basic celebrity bargain.
So wishing her Dad a Happy Fathers Day is now considered a bad thing..only to liberal loons who hate their own miserable lives. Ivanka has EVERY right to be proud of her father he is a good and honorable man and an AWESOME President..so liberals can take their hate and suck on it
I guess not.
Just your typical liberal proving once again that they are the least among us.
Knowing The Donald’s personality, as I think I understand it,
I suspect he and Ivanka are being defiant vs hiding, which is his natural inclination as a very wealthy man who likes attention. There is also the amusement, the fringe benefit of trolling the libs, and baiting them with happy family talk.
This reminds normal folks how crazy and hateful the majority of Dems have now become. The nuttiest libs don’t think anyone has the right to be happy if that person disagrees with the liberal world view.
I cannot figure out why anyone...let alone anyone in the White House...would use Twitter. I just...don’t get it.
its all about the family photos. The ones with baby Theodore get like 2-3 million views per post....

so many trolls, so little time
To what end? Do they get a penny per hit or view on Twitter? I have lots of baby photos of my new grandchildren but have easier ways of sharing them that don’t involve the internet.
All about going around the MSM. If it's wholesome, conservative, or anything good about Trump, the MSM won't report it, it never happened. Trump has to tweet it himself or you'll never hear about it.
I find it funny that the MSM is reduced to following twitter now so they know what's going on (and so they can snipe at Trump and his family).
