Appalling. 50 years of this behavior towards women of drugging and raping them to appease a sick fetish of pseudo-necrophilia... Just appalling.

I have a colleague steeped in the law, who predicted this two weeks ago; she said it was evident from the attorney team Cosby hired that instead of trying to prove his innocence, his lawyers would go for promoting sufficient reasonable doubt as to cause a hung jury and mistrial, and with all the publicity, it now will be impossible to empanel an impartial jury for any future trial.
From what I heard that went on at the trial I doubted they would convict.
The accuser didn’t report anything to LE for a year. She continued, well beyond that, to have a voluntary relationship with Cosby meeting with him numerous times. I can tell you this: If someone mugs me or burgles my house or steals my car: #1, I’m not waitin a year to report it and #2, I am not going to have an ongoing relationship with the perp, except for beatin his ass!
At least 50-50 she was lookin for money.
But, of course, since the accuser’s a woman normal rules don’t apply.
Does jeopardy attach?
Can he be retried?
Remember, this trial wasn’t about 50 years of assaulting women, just whether or not they believed this particular woman. They had to look at it in a vacuum.
That’s not a prediction. Arguing “reasonable doubt” is a mandatory part of every criminal trial for the defense.
We’ll likely find in this case that the defense won when two blacks were chosen to sit on the jury.
Double jeopardy only applies to not guilty verdicts, not mistrials.

And, as long a blacks obviously esteem their “experience” above justice, it’s a waste of time. Cosby’s their hero. They care not that he’s a degenerate piece of filth, and if his attorney can get a certain kind of black on the jury, Cosby has nothing to worry about.

Who knows what to believe worth the fake news media. He was out spoken against inner city black attitudes. Next thing you know a bunch of women said he raped them.
