Sorry for the vanity and vent folks but I've had it- where the hell is Jeff Sessions???!!! All morning on the radio i hear "Donald Trump reportedly under investigation for obstruction of justice." Mr Sessions- where is the special prosecutor looking into Comey and Lynch???!!! Where is the special prosecutor looking into unmasking and spying on Americans??? Where is the prosecutor looking into all the illegal leaks???!!! Where are they Mr Sessions???!! Where are you Mr Sessions???!!!
I hope you are correct Gil4, but look at the current status. It only took 2 days for the deputy AG to decide on a special council for our president. Sessions has been in office for more then 3 months. The investigations against Hillary were completed before the election. What do you tbink the delay is? It is never going to happen.
it was right after it was revealed that none of the previous administration people had been interviewed about unmasking that Trump fired Comey.

The criticism of sessions is not that he doesnt have backbone but that HE ISNT DOING ANYTHING! like investigating and prosectuting all the obama clinton scandals, leaking, immigration obstructors, sanctuary city obstructors, etc etc etc.
Right on Okeydoker. The Deputy AG appointed a special council based on fake news and gossip. Sessions should be able to easily appoint special councils based on the “facts” we have concerning the Clintons, Susan, Comey, etc.

If a special prosecutor was assigned to go after Lynch or Comey, the first thing they would do would be to grant both Lynch and Comey immunity if they testify against Trump.
Did you read the guys post? He mentions Comey and Lynch, unmasking and spying on Americans.
Jeff Sessions is a Republican senator.
Their main function is to do nothing.
Here in California there is nothing but high praises up and down the state fo the next POTUS, Kamala Harris. They love her here and her “refusal to back down from Jeff Session dodging the questions”

If Sessions had any testicular fortitude whatsoever, he would immediately fire Rosenstein for appointing a special prosecutor. That should never have happened. The fact that he went on to appoint Mueller makes it clear that he is deep state and a part of the problem. Sessions has just been awful.
And Senator Sessions was my last hope for the GOP, he has always been my favorite Republican.
He was outmaneuvered by Democrats and the GOP, he has not protected the President or himself, he was reduced to begging for a chance to get his reputation back. So now he is finished.

Agree 100 percent. Why in the world would Sessions turn over the justice dept on this matter to Rosenstien who is in Obama’s back pocket? Total incompetence Is an understatement.
I recognized it. It is still one way to let the DC political class know that we support Trump
