Its one of the things he needs to be aware of as governing in DC is a lot different than running a private business. He is probably aware of this but changing one's personality and management style is not easy to do.

Oh that would be very nice indeed, but its never going to happen. Too much money flowing into the corrupt cesspool that is Washington DC. People want to feed from the trough. And where there’s money, there’s politics. Basically it gets down to rewarding friends and punishing enemies.

If we’re lucky we’ll get a few years of fresh air from Trump but after he’s gone it will be right back to business and corruption as usual.
