Are you saying the folks at the hospital gave him a snake bite?

Otherwise i don't think that word means what you you think it means.

It appears they did not accurately diagnose what he was suffering from at the first hospital. Because of this he got worse and got to a point further care could not save him. The second hospital seemed to be able to diagnose him properly when they saw him.

So yeah, i think it is entirely possible there could be negligence at the first hospital. Possible.
