So file a written complaint with the state and federal EPA offices. Sorry, but posting a YouTube here isn’t accomplishing anything. Been there, done what was necessary.

This is a 'reportable overflow'. Many cities have overflows when it rains hard...especially older cities where stormwater drains and gutters may still be connected to the sewer.

They had a giant vac truck on-site. My guess is the vac truck was used to suck up what it could, and the rest was handled with the hoses and chemicals. (BTW, I don't understand why this guy uses the names of the chemical companies almost as a curse word. Does he think they exist only to poison mother earth? And I'm not sure who made the determination these chemicals were poisonous).

Anyway, untreated sewage occasionally makes its way to the creek...it has to be reported...make too many reports, and the EPA forces the city to spend big bucks to fix the problem. But here's where it gets a little goofy - if they stack up enough reports, that EPA stick is likely to come with a taxpayer carrot in the form of grants or zero interest loans...almost discourages the city from fixing the problem until they're forced to by their federal masters.
