He should not have been out driving in that condition, and deserved to get this DUI, but I don’t get any satisfaction in seeing him in this situation. At least he cooperated with the police, didn’t play the race card, and didn’t start screaming “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM????” or anything like that. I hope he gets the help he needs.

He blew 0.0 on the breath test.

I’m not a Tiger fan, but he will surely walk away from these charges.

For the record he blew a 0.0. twice.

Tiger got a DUI for prescription drugs.

Driving Under the Influence (DUI) is not limited to alcohol.

You don’t know what the conversation was in the station. Seems like the stories changed.

Yeah. Passed out in a dammaged, running car stopped in the road at 3 AM ....

Possible leaving the scene of an accident ...

It doesn’t matter whether it was alcohol or prescriptions that put him in that state, he had no business driving

Why did the officer say he smelled if alcohol?

so he could justify the breathalizer....they always do it.

Absolutely true, however, if he was driving and had an UNEXPECTED reaction to his medication....he would not have intentionally done so.....

If he had been taking this medication for a year or so and it had never affected him this way.....he would have AS HE SAID an unexpected reaction to the medication.....read the article !!
