I wonder if we could submit these types of cases under jurisdictions with Judges we believe will be positive toward our causes.

Also, I even thought about submitting cases in the negative, that are against us, in jurisdictions that will shoot them down. Submit the negative cases, on the wrong side of us, as though we are against the thing that is right, knowing it will be shot down in the jurisdiction of our choosing, thereby setting the precedence of our choosing.
